Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a 9x13 glass pan with cooking spray.
  2. Line bottom of dish with the bread cubes.
  3. Sprinkle 2 cups of the grated cheese over the bread.
  4. Next, sprinkle the chilies if you are using them.
  5. Crumble the sausage over this.
  6. Mix the eggs, milk and spices- pour over the casserole.
  7. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
  9. Bake uncovered at 300°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
