Sausage & Egg Casserole

A good casserole for breakfast, brunch-or for when you have breakfast for dinner nights. I serve this with fried apples and hot biscuits. Prep time doesn't include chilling.
Ingredients:
10 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lb bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed white bread
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl,beat the eggs, milk, mustard and salt for 1 minute, or until combined. Stir in the sausage, bread cubes and cheese.
2. Pour into 13x9 greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
