Sausage & Cream Cheese Rolls

Recipe i learned from my cousin. Its very tasty and almost tastes like a sweet version of biscuits and gravy.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage
8 ounces cream cheese
16 ounces crescent rolls
Directions:
1. First brown the sausage, then drain when finished.
2. In a decent size bowl mix the ground sausage and the block of cream until well blended.
3. Lay out the crescent rolls and mend the precut areas together making 1 full sheet of dough.
4. Spread the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the sheet of dough and cut into thirds. Then roll each slice up like a cinnimon roll.
5. Put into over at 375 degrees and let cook for 12-15 min, or until golden brown.
