Crowd pleasing appetizer or snack food. This recipe was made by the manager of the Yacht Club in my hometown. Everyone loved it! Prep time includes browning sausage. I'm not sure how many servings but it makes enough for quite a crowd.
Ingredients:
2 lbs sausage
1 package garlic & herb salad dressing mix
2 lbs velveeta cheese
1 dash tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and crumble.
2. Place in slow cooker along with salad dressing mix, cheese and tobasco.
3. Allow to melt and stir occasionally.
4. Serve with chips of your choice.
