This sounds easy and yummy...
Ingredients:
1 lb sausage, browned and drained
1 large onion
1 lb green pepper, chopped
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 cups uncooked minute rice
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Saute onion and green pepper with sausage and drain.
2. Combine with other ingredients.
3. Mix together.
4. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
