I came across this and made this this weekend for friends at a campground we frequent - it was beyond good!
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage, casings removed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1 can (10 oz.) ro*tel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion; drain.
2. Add remaining ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted.
3. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
4. Keep warm in a medium crock pot - for best results
