Greag little party nibble.Can be made ahead and frozen. These don't rise or spread, so the size you make is the size you get.. Abut 3/4 inch is a good size, however
Ingredients:
1 lb hot sausage
1 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups bisquick
Directions:
1. Mix well. Pinch off and make balls. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Keeps well in refrigerator or can be frozen.
