This is a favorite recipe of mine. I have been making these for years.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups bisquick
1 lb pork sausage, browned and well drained (hot)
Directions:
1. Mix cheese, Bisquick and sausage together in a large bowl.
2. Shape into small balls, place on cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. May be frozen before or after baking.
