We tend to make a huge batch and freeze them for later. A couple reheated in the microwave make a great on-the-go breakfast! *Note-the amounts of the spices are approximate, please adjust to your own taste.
Ingredients:
1 lb sausage
3/4 cup self-rising flour
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
3 teaspoons powdered milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
3. Mix sausage with cheese mixture.
4. Form into 12 balls.
5. Place in shallow, ungreased pan.
6. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes until golden brown.
