Perfect finger food. Cheesy little sausage biscuits shaped in a ball. These freeze well to make ahead and use later.
Ingredients:
1 lb sausage
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 cups bisquick
Directions:
1. Knead all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
2. Form into 1 inch balls.
3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
