Ingredients:
1 lb hot sausage, browned and drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth, combined with water to make 2 cups of liquid
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
2. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
