Sausage and Peppers
Ingredients:
1 pound of sweet italian sausage
2 small onions
1 1/2 green bell peppers
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
7 ounces marinara sauce
5 pitas
Directions:
1. Cook italian sausage on foil in the oven until done.
2. Sautee bell peppers and onions in the olive oil in a pot.
3. Add marinara sauce to the pot. Season to taste.
4. Add sausage.
5. Serve in split pita. 1 half pita per person.
