Sausage And Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

These are incredible. I served these at a shower I hosted today and everybody went nuts over them. I tripled the recipe which meant I had 48 caps and they were devoured literally in minutes. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 pound medium fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup zesty italian dressing
1/2 cup italian sausage cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Remove and discard stems from mushrooms.
3. Brush mushroom caps with dressing and place on rack of broiler pan and broil 5 minutes.
4. Press sausage evenly into mushroom caps using about 1/2 teaspoon in each cap.
5. Sprinkle evenly with cheese then broil an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot.
