Sausage and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan or dutch oven, cook sausage until no longer pink. About 6-8 minutes.
  2. Drain sausage well on paper towels and set aside.
  3. In the same saucepan, mix potatoes, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, broth and water. Heat to boiling. Reduce eat to low and cook uncovered about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in sausage, broccoli and beans and cook until potatoes are tender - about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Stir in half and half and cook until just heated.
