Quick prep time, and a flavorful fall/winter soup.
Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
2 cups sauerkraut
1 cup diced potato
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
2. Cover, and cook 4-6 hours, or until the flavors have blended and the soup is thoroughly heated.
