Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound(s) hamburger
16 ounce(s) jar sauerkraut
1 whole(s) small onion
1 pinch of salt & pepper
1 cup(s) egg noodles
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can(s) water
Directions:
1. Brown the hamburger with salt, pepper, and onion. Drain the juice off the sauerkraut. Drain fat off hamburger. Put into greased casserole pan. Add 1 jar of sauerkraut, 1 cup egg noodles, and 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Add 3/4 can of water. Mix together. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour with cover.
