This is also nice spread on roast beef sandwiches.
Ingredients:
1 can sauerkraut, well drained
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup soda cracker crumbs
3 ounces cream cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until moist.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve with crackers.
