Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1- 14 oz can sauerkraut, drained and snipped
1- 3 oz pkg cream cheese
2 tsp parsley
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/c cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 cup additional bread crumbs
Directions:
1. In skillet brown sausage and onion, drain.
2. Add sauerkraut and 2 Tbsp bread crumbs.
3. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, and pepper - stir into sauerkraut mixture.
4. Refrigerate until set.
5. Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with flour.
6. Mix milk and eggs.
7. Dredge balls in milk and eggs then coat with bread crumbs.
8. Deep fry until golden brown.
