Saucy Mexican Eggs

This is very quick, easy and delicious. From Chatelaine magazine.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (or to taste) or 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, grated (or to taste)
Directions:
1. Heat salsa in frying pan over medium heat.
2. Crack in the eggs, sprinkle on the cheese, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes (or till eggs are done) on medium-low heat.
