Saturday Morning Waffles

These waffles are so good with strawberries and whipped cream.
Ingredients:
mix all of these together
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
4 tblsp sugar
whisk these together
3 beaten eggs
2 oz melted butter
2 cups buttermilk (we substitute 2 cups milk with 1 tblsp vinegar or lemon juice)
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Fold in with rubber spatula just until blended. Do not mix too much. (This will have some lumps and air bubbles)
2. Let it sit about 5 minutes before cooking.
