Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar free, low fat or fat free ice cream(chocolate or vanilla) depending on how chocolatey you prefer.
4 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
4 oz. fat free or sugar free cool whip
1 small serving size sugar free chocolate pudding
1/2 cup low fat milk
8 low fat graham crackers(large 4 section sheet)
Directions:
1. Crunch graham crackers and spread in bottom of 8 x 8 dish of pie plate. Soften ice cream, mix all ingredients together. Pour into dish and freeze.
