This sauce can be poured over chips, chicken or pork. If you use less water than the recipe states it is great as a dip for crisps, celery etc. (you can add more garlic powder or chilli sauce to suit your own taste.)
Ingredients:
2 -3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
1 -2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 -2 teaspoon soya sauce
1 -2 teaspoon tomato sauce
1/4 pint boiling water
Directions:
1. Pour boiling water into a saucepan over low heat.
2. Stir in peanut butter and remove from the heat.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. If mixture is too thick add more boiling water or add extra peanut butter if it is too thin.
