Delicious served over meat fish chicken or vegetables.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce)
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Cook sauce over heat until slightly thickened.
3. When slightly thick serve with your preferred meat or vegetables.
