This a fun recipe and all you crazy vegetarians, veg heads, can eat it too.
Ingredients:
6 plum tomatoes
1/2 small onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1/4 bell pepper
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove
1/2 lime, juice of
1/2 lime, zest of
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Directions:
1. Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeƱo pepper, bell pepper, cilantro, and mince garlic.
2. Mix together all ingredients.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
