These sassy oatmeal pancakes will fill you up quickly.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup uncooked oats
1 tablespoon oil
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix milk and oats.
2. Let that sit for 15 minutes.
3. Mix in oil and eggs.
4. Sift the remaining dry ingredients together, then mix into the wet mixture.
5. Pour out 1/4 cup on a hot pan or griddle to cook, turning when the edges are slightly dry.
