This comes from a magazine sent out by the Children's Diabetes Foundation at Denver. 1/4 cup = 5 grams carbohydrates
Ingredients:
1 cup no-sugar-added nonfat lemon yogurt (8 oz. container)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 packets sugar substitute
cantaloupe, cut to bite size
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Serve as dip with cantaloupe chunks.
