Sarah's Zucchini Nut Bread

This is one of the summer necessities. All that zucchini and no one will take it, even when you try to give it away.
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together.
2. Mix dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture.
3. Mix in grated zucchini and nuts.
4. Bake 325 degrees for 60 minutes in loaf pans.
