Santa Fe Chicken Enchilada Bake

Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups cubed chicken, rotisserie
1 (28 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
16 ounces sour cream
9 corn tortillas, cut or torn into 1 inch pieces
4 cups shredded cheese, pepper jack or 4 cups monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. Grease a 9 x 13 pan and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Layer half of the chicken, enchilada sauce, sour cream, tortillas and cheese.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
5. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes or until bubbly.
