Sangria Gelatin Dessert

They say Our test kitchen came up with this festive finale. White wine gives it a refreshing twist, but feel free to substitute diet white grape juice instead. most of the time is for chilling. I haven't made this but I want it in my cookbook so I'm posting it to share.
Ingredients:
1 sugar free lemon gelatin (0.3 ounce pkg)
1 sugar-free raspberry gelatin (0.3 ounce pkg)
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup white wine
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup fresh raspberry
1 cup green grape, halved
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in cold water and the wine.
2. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until partially set.
3. Fold in the oranges, raspberries and grapes. Transfer to 6 large wine glasses, one cup each.
4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
