Ingredients:
1 can(s) artichoke hearts drained & finely chopped
2 package(s) frozen chopped spinach thawed & drained
1 can(s) sliced water chestnuts drained & finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) onion finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
3/4 cup(s) shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle additional Parmesan and mozzarella on top, then bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until slightly browned. Serve warm.
