Sandy's 3-Day Brisket

Ingredients:
1/2 pound(s) brisket per person
celery seed
garlic powder
black pepper
1 bottle(s) liquid smoke
1 can(s) coke
Directions:
1. Day One
2. sprinkle celery seed, garlic powder and black pepper on all sides of meat
3. carefully coat with Liquid Smoke
4. Seal in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight
5. Day Two
6. cook at 275 for 5 hours sealed in coke and water
7. after cooking, drain liquid and refrigerate meat and liquid separately
8. Day Three
9. remove meat and slice straight up and down
10. rearrange cut meat on slant in large pyrex
11. remove fat from top of juice and pour over meat
12. add additional Coke or water if needed
13. warm for 1 hour just prior to serving
