Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cups strawberries, halves
1 cup green grape
1 cup celery, slices
1/2 cup salad dressing
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon pepper
lettuce
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
Directions:
1. Combine chicken,pineapple, strawberries, grapes,celery, salad dressing and seasonings, mix well.
2. Chill.
3. Serve on lettuce-covered plates.
4. Garnish with walnuts and additional strawberries if desired.
