San Antonio Tacos

I got this recipe from License To Cook - Texas Style . It makes great tacos.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground round
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon minced hot green chili pepper
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
24 taco shells
shredded lettuce
finely chopped tomato
shredded longhorn cheese
Directions:
1. Brown beef in skillet.
2. Add onion, garlic, spices, chile, seasonings and tomato sauce.
3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes while heating the taco shells according to package directions.
4. Fill the shells with the meat mixture, then top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
5. Makes 24 tacos.
