Sam's Grilled Pound Cake With Fresh Fruit

Ingredients:
6 slices poundcake (3/4 inch thick)
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons chambord raspberry liquor
blueberries
raspberries
sugar, in the raw
Directions:
1. Put whipping cream, sugar and Chambord in mixer, and whip cream until thick - set aside in fridge.
2. Heat grill to medium and grill slices until each piece gets grill marks.
3. Place cake on bottom of plate, add a scoop of whipped cream, fruit, a little more cream and a light sprinkle of the brown sugar.
