Ingredients:
2 cups lentils
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp tamarind juice
3 tomatoes
1 onion
3 potatoes
1 tsp mustard seeds
4 ounces green chillies
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Cook lentils. Add boiled potato and tomatoes. Fry mustard and onion and add powders. Mix everything and add tamarind juice. Cook for 20 mins.
