Sambal Stirfried Fish Fillet

Kind of sweet and spicy , this dish will never fail to impress you ... and it goes well with steamed rice on a COLD day .
Ingredients:
1 small romaine lettuce or boston lettuce , leaves separated
8 pcs white fish fillet
1 tbsp flour
4 slices young ginger root
1 big red chilli , sliced thick ( remove some of the seeds if u wann )
1 big onion quartered
1 tomato quartered ( optional )
2 thick slices pineapple ( diced )
1 tbsp sambal
1 tsp sweet sauce ( optional )
Directions:
1. Pat dry the fish fillet and duat them with some flour .
2. Fry and set aside .
3. Stir fry the chilli , onion and ginger slices .
4. Add the tomato , sambal and pineapple chunks .
5. Mix in the leaves .
6. Add the fish fillet and the sauce .
7. Serve HOT .
