Gotta love sausage and shrimp! This recipe can be doubled or tripled if you have a larger crowd to feed. When you're done cooking this, cover the table in newspaper and then dump the pot onto the table so everyone can help themselves!
Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package shrimp boil seasoning, in the bag
3 tablespoons old bay seasoning
2 tablespoons season-all salt
1 medium onion
1 -2 lb red potatoes
1 lemon
4 baby sweet corn cobs
1 lb kielbasa
1 lb uncooked shrimp
Directions:
1. Boil a large pot of water, add the crab/shrimp boil, the Old Bay seasoning and the Season All.
2. Cut your onion into quarters and put it in the pot along with your potatoes.
3. Quarter one of the lemons and add it to the pot.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add your corn and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
6. Add your shrimp and sausage and cook until shrimp are done, about 4 minutes, shrimp will be pink and opaque, don't overcook.
7. Drain and serve.
