Ingredients:
500 g tomatoes, diced
55 g white onion, chopped
8 g fresh cilantro, chopped
6 g garlic, minced
170 g corn
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
100 g cooked black beans
5 tbsp lime juice (of 1/2 lime)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Allow flavors to blend in refrigerator for at least an hour, taste and adjust seasonings.
