SWEET AND SPICY
Ingredients:
tomatillo sauce
1 lb tomatios
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch of cilantro
1/4 c lime juice
1-2 habanero
2-4 serano peppers
salt to taste
1 pineapple
1/2 seedless watermelon
1 bunch of cilantro
2 medium white onions
1-2 fresh lime, juiced
Directions:
1. . Combine following ingredients to food processor:
2. 1 lb of tomatillos
3. 2 garlic cloves
4. 1 bunch of cilantro
5. 1/4 c lime juice
6. 1-2 habanera
7. 2-4 serrano peppers
8. Add salt to taste
9. For hotter salsa adjust amount of pepper for heat desire
10. Puree all ingredients
11. 2. In another bowl, combine:
12. 1 pineapple, medium diced
13. 1/2 seedless watermelon, medium diced
14. 1 bunch of cilantro leaves, finely chopped
15. 2 medium white onions, small diced
16. Toss all ingredients
17. 3. Add tomatillo sauce and toss well
18. 4. Add juice of one-two fresh limes (as needed)
19. 5. Chill in refrigerator
