Salsa
Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes
10 medium tomatillos
5 -10 serrano chilies (take the stems off)

Directions:
1. Boil a medium to large size pot of water.
2. Add all of the tomatoes, tomatillos, and Serrano Chillies and boil until the tomatoes start to split.
3. Put all of the tomatoes, tomatillos, and Serrano Chillies into a blender and puree until the liquid is a smooth consistency. Add a little of the water from the pot that you boiled if necessary.
4. Pour all of the salsa into a large container and mix together.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Serve hot or chilled.
