Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/4 cup brandy
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
2. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, vinegar, garlic salt, and hot/habanero sauce.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
