Ingredients:
600 g tomatoes, peeled and de-seeded
200 g onions
4 serrano peppers or 2 chipotle chiles
2 garlic cloves
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
150 g queso fresco
500 g fried pork skins
Directions:
1. In food processor, blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, water and salt.
2. Fry the sauce in oil until it changes color slightly.
3. Slice cheese into small cubes and add to the sauce, cook for 3 more minutes and remove from heat.
4. Enjoy with your tacos!
