2/3 bushels roma tomatoes peeled and chopped
5 hot peppers chopped
3 cup(s) onions chopped
1 cup(s) green peppers chopped
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1/c cup(s) white vinegar
2 teaspoon(s) oregano
1 tablespoon(s) canning salt
3 cup(s) tomato paste
Directions:
1. Peel and chop the tomatoes and add all ingredients. If you like a hot salsa - double the hot peppers.
