Salsa De Aguacate (Avocado Sauce)

A simple dip for plantain chips, fried yuca, fried plantain, or potato chips. Try it on beef tacos or burritos too.
Ingredients:
2 small avocados
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (like tabasco) (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and chop avocados and place in a blender or food processor.
2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, Tabasco (if using), salt and pepper.
3. Blend or process until smooth; mix in cilantro.
