Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown chicken strips in taco seasoning.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mayo, salsa, 3 tsp cilantro, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked chicken and toss to coat.
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Arrange red pepper and avocado slices on two salad plates.
  6. Top with chicken mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
