Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup(s) salsa
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon(s) sour cream (optional)
1/2 ounce(s) taco seasoning mix (half of a 1 oz packet)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Mist a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place taco seasoning and chicken in a ziplock bag and shake to coat, then place chicken in baking dish. Pour salsa over top.
2. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
3. Remove foil, sprinkle chicken with cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted, another 3 to 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, if desired; serve hot.
