This recipe has incredible flavor and a nice Crunch! Very Addictive!!
Ingredients:
6 -8 roma tomatoes
2 cucumbers
2 jalapenos
4 -5 green onions
1 lemon, juice of
1 lime, juice of
cilantro
sea salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl as follows:.
2. Deseed tomatoes and dice (make sure all juice is removed).
3. Deseed cucumbers and dice.
4. For mild salsa deseed jalapenos and chop finely. For spicy salsa leave seeds in and chop finely.
5. Chop green onions finely.
6. Juice lemon and lime over ingredients.
7. Add a dash of sea salt.
8. EnJoY!
