Ingredients:
14 1/2 ounces no-salt-added diced tomatoes
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 lime, juice of
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 scallions, diced (white parts only)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
