Use this salsa with my chicken flautas recipe or with chips.
Ingredients:
2 cups roma tomatoes, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup snipped cilantro
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients.
2. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
3. Stir and serve with chips or as a topping.
