Ingredients:

  1. Poach salmon in water seasoned with seasoned salt, parsley, celery seed, salt and whole peppercorns until done to your liking. It should take about 25 minutes.
  2. Serve hot or cold with a sauce made from sour cream, dill weed, wine vinegar, salt and sugar.
